They were great. Came on time. It was a quick and easy install. Answered any questions I had. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because a weird glitch has occurred with some display lights. After I turn off the TV they intermittently come on and they have completely different on/off circuits so not sure how this happened. May or may not be related...UNK

The geek squad agent Rich did an excellent job setting up and answering any questions regarding the setup.

TIM also sold me the dead Samsung TV 10 years ago at dewitt ny magnolia store and remembered doing it AND coming out to our house to personally set it up before Thanksgiving 2009!! service from both of them was quick efficient set up, programming the new SONY TV the remotes installing and setting up the Amazon Fire Stick AND tweaking my new SONY 5.1 receiver which i had purchase also at BEST BUY-- service was beyond great bobbmd

The guys removed a large (250#) Sony tube TV up a flight of stairs and did a great job. Would definitely use the service again.

Geek Squad delivered the tv on time. They set everything up and did it right.

The team came out to set up our new TV. They were incredible. Very nice. Helped set up everything we needed on the smart TV. Showed us a lot of neat and different parts of the remote. I am beyond happy with the Geek Squad that came out. Even was given a personal contact if I need anything else with our TV or if we couldn't figure out something. I was very impressed.

Alberto from the Hickory geek squad is really excellent. He patiently explained the new product to us; and didn’t make us feel stupid! We feel lucky to have had Alberto install our TV…and, a week later, the sound bar we purchased to enhance the sound.

The guys that delivered & installed my new 77" LG TV were outstanding! They were very knowledgeable about the equipment, they were very careful not to track in anything (the moon-boot shoe covers were impressive) & they were very professional & polite. I was very impressed with the way they coordinated with each other, almost like it was choreographed. Excellent work.

After a 3rd party installer failed leading me to believe I had a faulty tv the Geek Squad installer arrived and quickly determined the problem which negated the need for another tv. He stayed to complete a thorough check of function and there was no comparison to the other installers. He deserves a raise. Awesome customer service and changed my mind about Best Buy.

Devon was excellent. He got my TV programmed, was very polite and sociable, and followed COVID-19 protocol by masking while he was in my apartment. He was prompt, tried to set up my wireless printer to my iPad, but was unable to as there was too much interference from other units (144 total), and I did not expect miracles. His honesty was appreciated in this regard.
