Thirty minutes to hookup with tv and all the fixings, plus lucid explanation of how the heck to work it all. Would use them again.

Kevin was awesome along with the young lady that assisted him. I was totally impressed with everything that they did.

Did what requested, got it out of the box put it on the table plugged it in to checked it had a picture and free of defect. I did the set up to my home theater’s components. In and out in 15 minutes. 77 inch more than I could handle.

The Geek Squad delivered my new tv, sound bar and blue ray/ DVD player. They unhooked my old equipment and hooked the new equipment up. They made sure everything worked and the remotes were all sinked to the things. They showed me how to use everything even made sure my Netflix and Amazon prime was working. Then they cleaned up all the boxes and hauled away the old equipment. Made it so easy for me to just sit and relax in front of my new TV.

The two agents who came to our home did an excellent job. I really, really, really, really want to commend Carla and her co-worker (I forget his name). They set up our new TV in no time and handled the extremely difficult task of hauling away our old 36" analog TV very well. They were very helpful and kind and very considerate of our home and furniture. They provided excellent service. Thank you.

My Samsung TV and Sony Blu-ray player were hooked up and working properly via Best Buy. I wanted a service date as soon as possible so I allowed Best Buy to use a third party for the installation. As I said at the beginning of this review everything was hooked up and working but the service person was not able to answer some of my questions. I recommend waiting for a member of the Geek Squad to be available.

The two service people were knowledgeable, polite and professional. They attended to their duties while this old guy pelted them with questions, all the while diligently going about explaining the services I ordered and the setups they were performing. They explained all of the optional services I paid for and explained how to achieve the best value for my expenditure. Thank you very much; Jim.
