My TV installation did have to be rescheduled but almost a week sooner so that suited me just fine! The Geek was actually a Geek Girl, not a guy & that impressed me. She was knowledgeable about my new TV, quick, wore her shoe covers inside and removed all the packaging material. And she was very personable & friendly. I have now bought a sound bar & requested her as the installer. I truly hope she can do it or I get someone as good - or almost as good - as Courtney for my upcoming installation.

Jumaanee and Jalen, The geek squad guy who delivered my TV were wonderful. They worked with me and my timeframe let me know when they were close when they would be here as I live in a high-rise and there’s always issues with delivering. The guys were very professional and very nice and it was a great experience.

The agents hooked up my tv and they did such a good job. I also told them I had YouTube tv and needed the app downloaded. They were so helpful and decided they would have to get YouTube tv when they saw all the channels. So funny

Geek squad service over the past five years or so has more than paid for the minimal fee. In one case because of the Geek Squad Protection, I was given a brand new bluray player when the old one broke after two years. In another more recent event, "The Squad". installed a new large screen TV. I was totally impressed by their knowledge, dedication, speed in setting up, and most of all their friendliness

The 85b 65" tv is just great. non glare is all good Haven't seen any rainbowing on screen The Geeks were terrific as usual so happy. Waiting for sound bar installation which will be soon, although I must say the TV speaker sound is fine as well.

Andrew was fantastic! He connected my TV, programmed my remote and made sure all my streaming services were ready to view. My old TV was hauled away too. He was efficient, neat and very personable.......a true asset to Best Buy, especially in a time when it's hard to find employees let alone great ones!
