    The agent set up my T.V. expertly!! ..... After installation, agent tutored me in the operation of the T.V. Afterwards the agent asked if I had any questions or concerns of which I had none! Great Job!

    The service was excellent. It was supposed to be a 2 person team, but one called out that day, so there was just one person. He was very professional, very careful, and answered all my questions. He took out my 15 year old Plasma TV which was twice as heavy as the new TV. Setup the new TV making small adjustments to the TV stand and plugged everything in and tested it out. He was great.

    I recently purchased a large Samsung TV from Best Buy and am happy to that say that the Geek Squad came out and installed my TV. They were on-time, did a flawless install, answered all my questions, and took away my old TV. My TV purchase, the install, and the take-away of my old TV was flawless. I am very pleased with Best Buy Geek Squad and highly recommend them.
