The Geek Squad Representative hooked up our TV and showed us how to operate it

The agents mounted my TV and connected all required. The only thing left out was getting me signed in to Netflix, which I did on my own later.

I'd usually do the work myself, but our main television is a 80" Sony Bravia 4K that is both very heavy and expensive. After moving we paid for the service to have Geek Squad mount and install our set up. They were very accommodating, installed all our attachments, set up our universal remote for everything (some components changed from our move), and most importantly insured their work so if something happens I'm not stuck with the bill. If you have a complex setup, this is the way to go.

Agent did a great job. Helpful, affable, courteous, and very patient. See below. (The previous visit ( about three weeks before) by two Geek employees insisted that the new BRAVIA TV had a software failure. I really wonder about that...such that the set had to be returned.) Alex brought the replacement TV with him, installed the new one, and removed the other one.

The guys that came up and set my TV up to my Internet hooked up my TV in my room as well as the living room… I felt very confident with their knowledge and they helped me tremendously… I’m very pleased with the service would recommend Best Buy employees to enter a home and complete the task… Not to mention they were so nice… Good job
