The 2 GEEK squad guys that delivered and set up my 65" Sony OLED TV and Sony sound bar where very professional and showed me things I would not have known. They did not leave until I was completely satisfied! GREAT JOB GUYS!

The Geek Squad was slow in contacting me when they were rescheduling my delivery and installation for the third time. The outside contractor kept me informed on the delivery and install calling me to make sure I would be home. The contractor dispatch, and installers took care of me like the Geek Squad should have. The actual delivery and install took place with no issues by the outside contractor.

I’ve has Geek Squad for many years and do not intend to stop anytime soon. In fact, I’ve already recommended them to a friend. The two guys arrived on time, did the job and answered all my questions. TV works fine. My only somewhat negative comment is a scheduling thing, the ‘four hour’ window of wait time. I’d prefer shorter, maybe two?

Great job setting up the TV and showing how it work

this was a simple setup that consisted of removing TV from box hooking up cord setting it on top of stand and programming remote. Took 20 minutes to do.

Geek Squad installers did a terrific job. They made sure I was happy with TV placement before drilling holes. They also went over all my connection options, and even offered a demo of my TV before leaving. Cleaned up and took away all the packing materials. Great service, and with my Total Tech membership, FREE!
