The Geek Squad was great setting up my TV, even with setting up the channels too. I'm not tech saavy. They made sure I knew how to use it before leaving. They answered any questions I had.

The technician delivered and set up my 55" Samsung TV, connecting it to my other components. He turned it on and showed me the basics of operating the TV until I read the manual.

The technician that came to my home was knowledgeable, courteous and respectful of me and my home. He was able to install the TV and explain to me how to switch from my regular programing to the Smart options using the remote control. He was very pleasant and I would certainly recommend him and The Geek Squad to anyone!

My installation team did a great job from start to finish. They called and came, carefully brought my large 75 inch tv through 3 flights of stairs and set it up. They gave us a detailed demo and made sure we were ready to enjoy the new tv immediately. We had a very pleasant and smooth experience!

We actually requested the same service installer who had previously called on us (David). Very professiona and courteous.

The service personnel came and installed all the equipment in record speed and advised me how to use the new TV. They were earlier than I expected and did the install and left me to enjoy the equipment. Great job guys.
