Awesome!! The agents set everything up! The TV, devices such as the new blu ray player, remotes, Sling TV, connected us to our existing VHS player, etc. I am amazed at the knowledge and skill level of the agents named Michael and Brian. I have been ill or I would have written this review sooner if I had been up to it. Thank you so much agents Michael and Brian. I enjoy the work you do! Thank you Best Buy for the gift of our purchases!

The two technicians quickly installed the Sony 49” X900F and programmed the DVR remote for TV functions. They clearly explained the use of the TV and remote. I cancelled the basic audio setup because a digital to analog converter is required to connect to my Denon audio receiver. They had the converter in their van but I wanted to do my own research before adopting this approach or alternatively purchasing a Sony sound bar with a subwoofer.

The Geek Squad came out to connect the samsung TV and set up too. Knowledgeable and personable service. Thanks!

The agents unpacked my new TV, but before they were able to hook it up, one of them noticed that the screen had some internal damage. They packed it back up, returned to the store, and, a bit later, returned to my house with another TV. They hooked it up and made sure that everything worked as it should. They were very professional.

We purchased a MacBook Pro, an iPad Air, and two iPhone Xs during our visit to the Melbourne, FL store. All were coordinated by Eric at the Apple desk. He handled the Apple purchases and the link with Verizon. His service and recommendations were all well above excellent; far and away all my previous experiences in Best Buy stores or online. He will always be our go-to guy in the future; beginning with my iWatch purchase next week.
