  • Fast, but needed instructions to do it myself !

    The initial set up was good, but afterwards I had trouble. It would have been perfect if the technician could have left the instructions for me to do it myself!

    A few bumps in the road but the installation of my 75U6G was excellent. Great crew very courteous and pleasant.

    Geek Squad did very good job in connecting big screen tv wiring thru tunnel behind the wall. Also did most of setup and tv worked OK. I had to do a few remaining portions of the setup.

    The tech moved out the old stand and TV and assembled the new one and setup the TV so I am able to use it easily.

    The original Delivery guy hurt his back and it didn’t look like my delivery was going to happen but Best Buy came through and found other Delivery people to make it happen. I was very happy for their effort to please the customer.

    The purchase of my TV was very easy with the help of the sales associate at Best buy. The geek squad came and installed my TV and hooked everything up for me and they were very friendly fast and courteous

    When the gentlemen left the TV was connected to WiFi and our dish service. All we had to watch TV :)

    The guys were very nice. They worked quickly to get the TV set in its place, did the programming and showed me some things that I needed to know. Then they packed up and took away my old TV.
