My Geek Squad agent, Jaime, was fabulous!!! She set up two TVs and a ring camera. One of the TVs needed a different bracket and she made notes so when I went to Best Buy there would be a record of the bracket that would fit my situation. She was so pleasant and competent, plus showed me how to operate the new devices. If I need a Geek Squad Agent, I will request Jaime!

I purchased the Geek Squad set up service to set up a new tv and antenna. They were prompt and knowledgeable.

The techs installed the new Tv, removed and hauled off the old TV. The new TV was setup and operating when they finished. There was a problem with the sound bar and the solution and options were not covered well and I ended up removing the sound bar. The techs also did not explain the setup options on the TV very well and I have gone back and done research and changed several options.

the Geek Squad installers were very knowledgeable about all the TV(s),etc. they installed and explained how they worked.

Hooked up and set up 2 TVs for us and did an excellent job!!! Explained everything to us we are older and don’t understand all the new technology real well but we are learning and they were very kind and patient with us
