The squad was fast and set units good and had answers for all my question.

The Geek Squad was very professional. They did an excellent job.

SIMPLE INSTALATION. DURING INSTALL TECH ASKED TO THROUGH A SWITCH ON MY ROUTER TO OPTIMIZE MY GOOGLE ASSITANT AND ALEXA. WHICH ACTUALLY MADE IT HARDER TO COMMUNICATE WITH TV. THIS IS A 65" SAMSUNG CURVED TV. I ALSO HAVE THE SAME REMOTE ON A 82" SAMSUNG I BOUGHT LAST YEAR. SO I NEED BOTH TO FUNCTION THE SAME. AS I AM LEGALLY BLIND. SO THE GEEKS ARE COMING BACK IN A COU;LE OF DAYS TO FIX. ALSO BECAUSE OF THE CHANGE TO MY ROUTER SOME OF MY DEVICES ARE REPORTING A WEEK NETWORK CONNECTION. ALSO 150.00 IS A LITTLE PRICEY, FOR WHAT WAS DONE.

Just what we needed! A great, clear bright picture!

Soonest they could install was 9 days after purchase. Scheduled my entire work week and took PTO for Geek Squad to install my TV. Install guy calls me at 3pm and says he has to cancel…doesn’t give me another day as an option to reschedule either. Just says I have to call or go online and reschedule. At this point I wanted a full refund. I call up the store and some guy tells me they have to have the item back in their inventory for them to give me a full refund. Doesn’t try to rectify or solve the issue, just tells me to try calling back after 7pm when the truck delivers the tv back to the store. Oh and he tells me it’s not a refund, it’s an in-store credit only. At this point I felt out of $700 and wasn’t going to wait another 9 days for them to maybe reschedule. I took PTO so committed to just mounting and installing the TV myself. I figured they already had my money and there’s probably another TV in their inventory, so I went to Best Buy, told the manager that you guys didn’t show today for your scheduled install so I want the TV now. He gets me a TV and refunds my install service plan back to my card, so apparently they don’t do in-store credits only. All this on top of 2.5 years ago they sold me 2 Hisense TVs for a $1200 “deal”. Both TVs crapped out on me within the last few months, shocking considering I’ve had flat screens that are 15+ years old. I also bought a Geek Squad + service plan with it though! However the sales guy coached me to cancel that plan within 90 days, he said they’ll refund the cost in full and I basically get a free install. Ironic how that service plan would’ve protected me too….not a good service. Wouldn’t recommend

Exceptional multi service again by the Geek Squad! Total tech is the best service we’ve ever experienced. Thorough installations and completed timely without any issues. Great instructions given for easy operation. Both our new TV and Arlo security products both work fantastic.

My husband and I purchase a Sony TV and sound bar and were in need of setting it up. TV's have so many options now with cable and internet connections that professional help was needed. We are no techies. The Geek Squad was awesome. The cable box is now tucked away neatly in a cabinet, we can access all the TV options on one remote, and the friendly geeks trained us old folks how to work everything without making us feel hopelessly incompetent. It was worth every penny!
