Agent reset my WiFi connection due to black outs from power surges from hurricane

The agents set hooked up the tv and got it all set up and even went above to get it done. All the packaging was cleaned up and taken away.

The two gentlemen from Geek Squad arrived on time and were extremely helpful. They connected our television and soundbar, explained how all the features worked and answered all our questions. Both were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. We intend to buy another television in the next year and will choose Best Buy and Geek Squad again.

The people who actually installed the two wall mounts were great. The people in the Grapevine TX location were sorely lacking. I had to return because the first person scheduled the installation at my OLD address (I was moving). When the two installers showed up I found out that I was over charged. I was charged for mounting and full hook up to include apps, etc. be careful

I couldn't be happier with the great job these guys did mounting my TV on its stand and connecting it to all my devices. I appreciated getting a "tour" of the TV's features and operation: very helpful and thorough. If I could give them more than the 5 star max, I would: so friendly, professional and efficient. Also, I appreciated the Covid safety protocols followed.

Agents replaced defective tv, hooked everything back up and had it up a running.

I ordered an 82" TV which was far to big to fit in my car and way to heavy to lift. The actual delivery went smoothly except for the fact that the TV was defective. They removed the set immediately and delivered a new one the following weekend. Hooked everything up to my existing equipment and haven't had a problem since. Worth the price for the service rendered.

The geek squad guys who came and set up my TV were amazing! I feel bad because I told him I would submit a survey with his name on it. But now I can’t remember his name. Whatever you do with the geek squad don’t worry they will take care of you if they don’t do it right they will make it right. If not tell him Dan sent you and he wants it to be right LOL

The previous LG TV died. It had a warranty and as a Total Tech member, a Geek Squad member assessed the old TV and found it uneconomic for repair. The Geek Squad brought in a new TV, explained how to use it, and removed the old TV and all of the boxing materials. Very professional and thorough.

2 Gentlemen took the old tv. Hooked up the new one and answered any questions I had. They wore foot protection, cleaned up boxes and packing materials, They were friendly, professional, and fast.

Dan, and the cadet who accompanied him (apologies for forgetting her name), did a great job setting up everything they could last Saturday, despite Spectrum's utter lack of follow through on activating my lines on time for their appointment. They did a particularly great job running the cable wire for my lower level TV to make the wires as unobtrusive as possible.
