Agents Dan and Nick went above and beyond my installation to secure a decent wifi connection when it was showing a 17 hour downloading time. I would have boxed the tv and returned it but his patience was to my benefit and I apprecitate it very much. Thank you!

Aaron was wonderful! He took all the time we needed to “tutor” in the use of our new TV. We are elderly so this task required lots of patience which Aaron seemed to have lots of. Very knowledgable and personable as well. A great ambassador for Best Buy.

Trevor, Geek Squad, setup my 27" LG TV, Sony Blu Ray Disc & DVD Player, and sold me a Rocketfish 8 ft. HDMI cable for the Blu Ray Player. He said that was the shortest HDMI cable he had in his delivery truck.

I WAS VERY VERY SATISFIED WITH GEEK SQUAD AND THE KNOWLEDGE OF SHOWING ME THE HOW TO WORK THE TV AND ALSO HOW TO USE THE REMOTE THEY DID A GOOD JOB.

Our delivery was scheduled and just so happened to be our first really bad snow storm. So bad the delivery truck got stuck in a ditch and had to be pulled out...none the less Best Buy delivery/set-up team came through with flying colors! They were in great spirits considering their mishap. They were polite, and informative about our new products and a outstanding team. First time with Best Buy and won't be the last...job well done!!

The contractor unpacked the TV, connected all the cables - including to my cable box - programmed the TV and remote(s). And did it all so quickly! Obviously a pro. Would definitely do this again if I could have the same tech! He even took the TV box and packing AND my old TV.

Since I rent could not hang my tv on the wall and my cabinet was not long enough to use the legs on TV, This is perfect for the cabinet I have my tv on and love that it swivels. The guy from Geek Squad put it together in no time.
