The installer was third party and was very knowledgeable. He took the time to update the tv without me having to ask.

The service people came and installed the equipment and made everything was working.

OK but tarnished by the fact electricity was out when TV was delivered and installers were unable to show us all the features of the set. Over time we were able to get the basics working. However, the set came with no owners manual and there are features of the set we have not yet figured out. Nice set, though. I am sure if the installer had electrictiy to work with, we would be master operators of the TV at this point.

They placed the TV where we had a spot for it and hooked everything up. Works great.

Connected five TVs as requested. Offered helpful suggestions along the way. Cleaned up after work was completed.

Great set up. The agent install the two new TVs move the old one so we could put the new one in set up the VCR as a CD players tuned up the sets to sync with my TV tower and Wi-Fi and now all the channels come in and I get great reception even recommended that I need a router so I went and got one now I got to get a gig squad back again to hook that up he says if I don’t give me more support it’ll be stable it is

As previously professional and extremely dedicated to performing the best performance on my home theater. They also offer great ideas to further upgrade if interested. Patient as well as great instructions on how to use your system and new components. I highly recommend their yearly service if invested in home theater and or computer components. Had a Sony 65in. Oled TV delivered to my house by Nate and Dan.They did a fantastic job setting up the TV and took the time to answer all are questions.Unfortunately they stated that they were unable to connect the sound bar which we had also purchased due to the fact the sound bar did not fit under the TV.This is something you may consider when purchasing a sound bar.

The guys they sent to the install were very knowledgeable and I would use them again if I had a problem with my system

The Geek Squad man who came to install our beautiful new Frame TV was very smart and nice, and did the job well even though we needed the sound to be wired to a receiver and our speakers. Also when I had a question after he left, I called him and he returned to make sure it was working and that I understood everything. We do appreciate such good service and the TV is a pleasure.

The "GEEKS" came in 7 did a terrific job setting up the TV. They were more than worth the cost.

The TV tech was so very knowledgeable and such a friendly person. Really helped a "non-techie" to understand how to navigate my TV. Arrived on time and installed in a short amount of time!

The Geek Squad technicians did a great job of unpacking the TV and assembling its stand. They also made the wireless connection to my Xfinity modem/router, installed the apps I wanted, and showed me how to use the TV's remote.

The Geek Squad did not set the tv up the delivery men did. I wish they did as we had great experience with them in the past

Tech guys were on time, and were very careful with our TV install. They were friendly the entire time, and were happy to answer our questions, no matter how little we knew of the technology. They double checked that everything was as it should be before they left.
