The Geek Squad did a great job installing yhis tv on the wall and connecting the sound bar to it.

The service was great. They came in, set up everything, cleaned up behind themselves, and showed me how to use the device. They also gave me a number to call anytime if I have any issues.

I had a new house built recently and purchased a new TV, washer and dryer and refrigerator from Best Buy. I also purchased a one year Geek Squad service agreement. Installation of 2 TVs, refrigerator and washer and dryer was flawless. TV installation was exceptional. Techs were very patient with all my questions since I’m not the most tech savvy person.

As always the Geek Squad came to the rescue He mounted my 43” smart tv to the stand and connected all of my apps to the television He was punctual courteous and very knowledgeable

This was a help us arrange our YV with Spectrum streaming, Apple TV, Fire Stick, Prime Video and XM radio. While teleworking here from DC my wife has gone from limited sight to very little sight so we were told Apple TV had the verbal feature and Spectrum had nothing to offer, would be our best bet. Within 30 minutes of the two Geeks leaving something happened and nothing worked the way they set it up. I called the cell number they had used to tell me their on way and no answer. So overall we are not happy with the Gerk TV folks.

After my TV was installed, I was given as much time as needed to ask all the questions I had about the set which has many features i had not had brfore.

The GEEK SQUAD was supposed to be the one who connected up our TV, sound bar, and rear speakers. They send a contractor who did set the TV up correctly and the sound bar. The contractor looked at videos to try and figure out the rear speakers and boxed them up and told us they were not compatible. After much run around all the next week, we finally got the whole set all working. Definitely would not recommend the GEEK SQUAD, which is not a real GEEK SQUAD, but contractors who don't know what they are doing and have to watch videos to figure things out or not.

I'm glad I paid for the TV Connect and Setup service only because this was my first flat screen, smart TV and I was eager to learn how to use it. I love the Geek Squad (I also use them for computer problems) and they didn't disappoint - very quickly set everything up, then talked me through how to use everything; answering my questions thoroughly and patiently. I probably wouldn't need this the next time around, but it was handy this time.

The Geek Squad have been to our house twice for setting up our smart tv and then when we bought a receiver they set that up for us as well. They were professional and knew everything that we needed. We have been very happy with our Geek Squad team. They were very knowledgeable as my husband and I are electronic challenge. I highly recommend them.
