    A tv mount fora a smaller tv, installed to perfection by Mike and Mark, two GREAT Geek Squad technicians, has elevated my new tv so that a new sound bar will fit well under the tv. The mount was recommended by the guys and they were right. I am pleased with the whole process.

    I am always happy with geek squad service. everything was installed correctly but for some reason the remote disconnected from the tv and i couldn't adjust the volume or mute butten. i called the tech and he came back and adjusted it . i appreciated it since i didn't have to put a claim in.

    The agents were very knowledgeable. They were on time, it didn’t take them very long, and they took the mess with them. When they were done installing they took the time to answer my questions and walk me through the TV and sound bar features and capabilities.

    The Geek Squad crew mounted the 65” TV in our family room and also hooked up the new subwoofer we purchased with TV as well as the DVD player and the DirecTV. They made sure everything was operational and answered all of our questions. They were professional and helpful. Thank you!
