Thomas was excellent!! He was knowledgeable & had the tv set up quickly, hooked up the Blu-ray player & helped me set up my streaming apps!! He explained how to move between the Tv & streaming apps to my Cox cable.

The two guys who installed my TV were fantastic! Explained everything, asked how I wanted it mounted and then did it perfectly, and walked me through the who process. I highly recommend!!!

Decided to have Geek Squad set up our TV... and VERY happy we did. He was efficient, knowledgeable, helpful, neat and all around GREAT delivery. Showed us some tips and helped us decide on better cables and the DVD player. Was honest and upfront about information regarding the TV. Helped us decide to purchase the extended warranty. Would NOT have wanted to set up this TV by myself.

the two young men that delivered my TV and installed it know a whole lot more than the sales staff. They were able to tell us about everything we needed and answered all of our questions about how to do things and access items on the TV and told us things about the TV that should have been told to us when we bought it in the store. You need to have them train the sales people on what to tell customers

They were very professional and knowledgeable. Installed my TV quickly and they were very helpful in setting the connections and use of the remote.

Very helpful and personable professional technicians set up my tv and sound bar. One drawback was that it seemed as though there was a separate charge for every minor thing.

Geek Squad was a big help in setting up my recent purchase of a 4K television. While the Smart TV instructions are easy to follow, as this was my first smart television purchase I didn't want to improperly activate my tv, and during the install period the Geek Squad techs were extremely supportive. I'd highly recommend using Geek Squad if you have any concerns as to activation of a new purchase, as their technicians are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Installer did an excellent job and arrived right on time. He set everything up and I am very pleased.

The agents set up the TV on the stand and connected it to the Blu-ray player, sound bar and cable box. Because of a cable wiring issue could not get TV to work until AT&T came out to fix it. Did not get good directions on how TV was supposed to work with cable & new remote. Because TV did not work without cable the agent seemed to be in a hurry to leave.
