The agents connected my TV and it is working well!

I got the stand and it awesome they had a deal if got the tv you got the stand for free best buy is awesome best buy was very professional when they installed my 77inch g3 oled keep up the good work

The team was on time, they made sure everything worked properly and showed us how to use everything. They were very clean and made sure that everything was back in its place. They even disposed of the old TV.

The Geek Squad agent went the extra mile to make sure my TV was working correctly after it was mounted.

I purchased a lemon. I had the Geek Squad out three times. Replaced the back, controller inside the TV, mother board 2X. My 60 return had expired,but they took it back anyway.

Two geek squad members came. They placed our sandbox supports under where the two TV legs would go very carefully. They helped us with the Wifi and the Google apps on the TV

The guys set up our devices. They brought an LG soundbar saying it would be better so we bought it using our personal credit card. It did not work with our Sony. We called and told them we needed the original soundbar we purchased. Scott had already returned the Sony then brought it back and put it on our Best Buy account. He also credited the LG soundbar back to Best Buy. WE WANTED THE 211.00 CREDITED BACK TO OUR VISA CREDIT CARD. WE ARE PAYING INTREST ON THAT CARD. I GOT NO SATISFACTION BY GOING TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE STORE. IT IS NOT THAT DIFFICULT. I wish Scott would have just installed the soundbar we ordered and let us decide if it was sufficient or not. I want a call from the company to resolve this. Also, they worked longer on the LG that didn't work. We are not interested in gaming, etc. I think they were under the impression that we understood all this jargon......we weren't involved in any of the setup for the most part. They ran out of time, we still had questions. After they left the soundbar didn't work and we immediately called them back. It was not replaced untill 5:00 the next day. We had to unplug the bar and just use th sound on the TV

Tom from the Geek Squad was very professional and did a great job setting up my new 43' Sony TV.

We just needed to TV setup, programmed and connected to the receiver, Apple TV, etc. the installer said it was ready but we had to call and request they come back. We then learned that it was separate setups for audio snd video which meant 2 install charges. We were not hanging it, not installing a mount just setting it up. We have used them many times before and never had any problems. They resolved it but it took twice as long and costs more than originally planned.

Hooked up devices. Don't know what more you want me to say. They did a great job of hooking up the devices and explained what they did. Some of these surveys are ridiculous.
