I was unable to get this set up. Also, reviews indicated that there was excessive phone battery usage.

Disappointment of the year. E-mail for appointment. No call, no show. No explanation.

Great service by the 2 techs who installed my 75" TV. They obviously were experienced, knew what to do, and got the new TV installed and working in short order. They cleaned up completely, all of the boxes, papers, and wrapping's, etc, before they left. We are very happy customers. And I need to add that since the install, we have had friends in the house and when they asked the obvious questions--we recommended they buy their new large TV's from Best Buy.

I have used the Squad since retiring from the corporate world and loss what my employer provider. They have come thru on every issue I have had and provided resolution. I don't need them very often but when I do it is critical. Due to increases in demand they take a little longer now than they use to but get the job done. They were excellent and on the spot on a recent TV & receiver installation.

I forgot the name of the person who finally helped me after my calls being dropped 3 times. I was very frustrated with the problem I had already and then very upset at the disconnections in trying to solve the problem. She was the one who handled my needs quickly, efficiently, and so politely! All service reps should be like her!!

I'm not sure what Geek Squad service you are asking about? Keith came to my home a planed a new TV and receiver and mesh system then Andray delivered and installed it. I am very happy with what I received and the instlation. I love the equipment and the job that was done, very professional.

Excellent job of mounting both a large 83" monitor, but also a soundbar system that was located just under the wall mounted monitor which included rear speakers. Crew were very knowledgeable and fast; and dealt with the boxes on their way out. I highly recommend them for large difficult monitors to wall mount.

Benjamin is a true professional !! He was able to quickly determine what was wrong with our television and ordered the necessary part. In a little over a week he and his partner, Steph, quickly had us back in operation. They put a large blanket on the floor and gently placed our big screen tv on it. In just a few minutes they had replaced the bad part and put the tv back on the wall. Ben and Steph were both very knowledgeable and well trained ! Without any reservations we would highly recommend them !!

The Geek Squad are the best! They set up the new tv easily, and patiently explained all the features included. Also, they didn’t leave until I understood everything. I feel confident I can depend on them if I have any questions in the future.

Hello everyone i personally think best buy is a great place to shop and the people that work for them are geeat and very helpful .inever have a problem in store or on the phone with them only the vendor's Samsung had a problem with its brand in 2021 falling and did nothing so i switched brands

The two agents worked well together. The lead agent directed the activities and checked that everything was completed correctly. We are very satisfied with the result of the wall mounted television and the installed in-ceiling speakers.

The techs were very personable and extremely helpful. They disconnected our old set and hooked up the new equipment, all the while explaining what they were doing and showed us how to operate our new system. They were a pleasure and I’d highly recommend their service to anyone. Thank you!

Task was the removal of a sound bar and mounting bracket. The tech did a very efficient job and cleaned up all packing material and removed items for credit to my account. They arrived on time and were very courteous.

Everything went perfect. The technicians were both accommodating, knowledgeable, informative, and polite. They measured everything and made sure it was perfect before installing. Thanks geeks!

The two gentlemen that set up the TV and sound bar were the greatest. Very professional and knowledgeable. Set the TV up, connected it to my WIFI and then installed all my favorite apps. In addition they connected the sound bar and sub woofer. Great team.

These guys are good. Arrived on time and installed our tv and sound system in no time. Ensured we were familiar with all inputs and controls. Our home was treated with care and a thorough clean up was performed. Good job!

Ryan & Lisa installed my 65” LG tv and mounting, etc. quick and it’s like you didn’t know they were there. When completed explained everything and options on 4k tv. Highly recommend this team

Geek squad is for real. The 2 folks to cam to install my new components protector was done seamlessly. They were very professional and did a great job. I would highly recommend them.
