Austin did a great job in solving the problem with my printer,

I initially called and spoke with an agent and we were cut off on Geek Squad's end a couple of times. I was eventually referred to the chat. I chatted with an agent and allowed her to take over the computer to see if she could fix the problem. I appreciate that she tried for quite a while...issues with my computer not printing. She was unable to fix the issue. What bothered me was she left a message saying that something called 5GHZ needed to be changed to 2.4GHZ and then she was gone. No other explanation. I found it odd because when the computer and printer where installed by an agent everything was working fine. When I tried to go to my email I was unable to because she changed something. I had to call again and the new agent helped me change what needed to be changed. We were again cut off twice. The 2nd time he did not call back. I don't consider this to be good customer service. A service that we are paying for. Now I am going to have to schedule an agent to come out to our house at an Additional cost. No. We will not bring the computer and printer in because I am in my 70's and my husband has MS.

Mounted and connected properly and really proved to me that I needed to purchase it.

Technicians were excellent. Geek Squad appointment system left a little to be desired. Not my first issue with them...

MASON (remember his name) is outstanding in every professional way. He is patient and knowledgeable. I am very happy to call on him for assistance.

The agents cleaned my lap top computer for viruses and malware.

The agent was to check my Night Owl cameras and get them working properly, After three Geek Squad members came out to repair, monitor still goes out and i get a "No Signal" error and no picture. Was told to order a 9-ft Night Owl extension and cameras are still not working. i need help and i have not been able to get it. At this no one seems to know hat the problem is.
