Good value for Adobe which tends to overprice their software with modest yearly upgrades with no discernible added features. Expect to watch youtube videos for most editing work. The manual is useless and often wrong. Software is clunky and slow even on an i7 core intel machine with lots of RAM. The program opens a separate browser-type interface for both programs. This seems like a waste of time. It takes several minutes for the program to load, then several more minutes for the program you are trying to open to actually load.

This is a hard review to do. I'm glad I purchased it however I feel that unless you frequently need high-level editing, you're better off with some of the free editors with an app. I always seem to have a need that photoshop isn't capable of doing and need to download a third-party product. I find that most of the editing features to be cumbersome to use and that the product is advertised as having easy automated editing features when they are not really as automated as I would want. I think that most of this comes down to poor marketing on Adobe's part. They want it to be all things for all people. An advanced editor that can be used by professionals and also a casual easy to use for fun family photos. Again I would really think about how much you are going to use the software and for what purpose. You may be better off with some free version or app-based software. It is good at what it does though if you need that level of control or time to do it.

Love the programs. Adobe, however, can be a little confusing and overwhelming. Just wanted a simple installed program on my computer and not all the online stuff Adobe has. Do wonder if it is a stand only program?

We have used this software for years and buy the updates when they are available. My husband mistakenly bought the teacher edition which was a little tricky to get activated but having a college student daughter solved that issue.

It seems like every new trick just gets stuffed into the program. There is no continuity from one scrren to the next. e.g. the 'zoom' is in the upper left corner, upper right corner, lower left corner - it is a collections of stuff, not a seamless program. No improvement since inception in flow. Fellas, you need flow chart software and a good auditor

Bought this student edition for my daughter in a high school. When I learned that high school students don't have .edu email address can't activate this edition, I tried to return the unopened package for a regular edition. But Best Buy rep said that Adobe ONLY allowed to refund $36.11 for the unopened package after just 2 weeks of purchase. I never heard such return restriction, neither does Best Buy rep. So don't buy this edition if your kids don't have an email account that ends in ".edu".

It’s a lot more complicated to install then I thought it would be. I’m still learning how to play with it, but honestly think I bought this on a whim lol I’m thinking of returning until I actually NEED it and It just want it.

Vodeo editing or jist having fun with pictures you can do it all really. I love it i recommend it.

Great for posting videos. Would highly recommend upgrading to this version.

This is a wonderful photo editing tool. Has many quick and easy selections. Advanced editing also available. Have just used a limited amount of the choices. Excited to learn many more
