First range brought was clearly a returned one that was missing parts, etc. Forced to wait weeks for another one, all with no gas range to cook on. Even then, they didn’t have the correct supply line with them to make it fit.

Crew was very efficient. Only thing that I do not like is the cooktop does not seem a tight fit when I use the cleaner on it it appears to wiggle

The XPO crew did a wonderful job on the installation. Very professional, courteous and efficient. They were running ahead of schedule so they called to ask if they could arrive early! Installation took under an hour.

The installers were courteous and professional. They followed BB’s Covid protocols. They were able to install the cooktop in a timely fashion and they cleaned up the packing materials when they were done.

The installers were very friendly and explained what they were going to do before they did it. They expertly installed the cooktop and then demonstrated its use. They provided us with manuals and were done. Quick and neat job. Very pleased.

Arrived nearly three hours after the scheduled "window," did not remove all of the protective tack tape on the product nor clean all their fingerprints/smudges etc. And cracked the newly installed quartz countertop surrounding the rangetop on an island installation.

The installation was quick and very professional. They explained everything to us before they started and left the kitchen in the same condition it was in when they arrived - always a bonus.

These guys know what they are talking about! It was a pleasure and relief to have them install - hopefully when the correct stovetop gets reinstalled they come back to ser ice that too !!

The complex range top installation licensed professional was a very kind and professional individual. He kindly explained all the details of the stove top that he installed.

Terrible service regarding customer support and all of my appliances were never installed by Best Buy. And all except 2 appliances of were delivered as they should have been. My account indicates installation and delivery are completed but was never done but Best Buy. I just noticed I was charged $191.00 for a range installation that was never provided. I want my money back for this. Stop updating customers account information with incorrect false information.

THE INSTALLERS HAVE BEEN AMAZING TO WORK WITH. THEY REALLY KNOW THEIR STUFF

They made numerous appointments and didn’t show up or call over course of months. They wouldn’t leave the house after unless paid almost 700 dollars and Best Buy doesn’t talk to them and we paid Best Buy for the installation. They destroyed my built in cabinets as well. Reported to Best Buy countless times and Best Buy doesn’t respond period a person in India I would guess days they will escalate it every time is all

It is not even worth giving Best Buy a single star for the review. I purchased a Viking Cooktop and refrigerator from Best Buy that were both damaged. The refrigerator box was not opened until after 15 days of delivery so I am stuck with a dented new refrigerator that will not be replaced or repaired. We saw that the cooktop was damaged at the time of delivery and tried to refuse delivery because it was delivered with a missing box. We have spent the past 9 months trying to get a replacement. I have spent multiple hours on hold trying to get resolution. I thought that I would receive better service when purchasing high end appliances.

The Geek Squad did the impossible and installed this cooktop when no other company could do so. Hip Hip Hooray!!
