    Hooked up outdoor stereo. Had question... and Jesse responded to my question. FIRST TIME EVER!!! usually they give out their card to call for questions after install yet never respond . Jesse actually answered!!!

    The Geek squad know their stuff. Very professional and knowledgeable Installation crew. I have had no issues since the installation and the system is exactly what I was looking for. Very Happy.

    The team finished the installation of a Sonos sound system and the programming/reprogramming of two Harmony remotes. The service was adequate but, as usual, was rushed (we had a similar experience the previous week). The appointment was later in the day, on a Saturday, and the technicians appeared more concerned with sticking to a timeline (so they could go home) than providing excellent service. Because the service took longer than (they) planned, apparently, they left without really showing us how everything worked. Thus, we still have issues that are unresolved, and we will likely have to request for another in-home visit.
