This remote was one of our worst purchases. Noone can program properly, but it looks fancy.

Tv mounted great But no one ever brought our universal remote back or called and we’ve paid for it

Victor and Zac are something really special. Batman and Robin in every sense of the word. Smart, patient, polite, and thoughtful are just the beginning when describing both of them. BB and Geek Squad are lucky to have them.

Last month I had an agent at my home to program a new TV remote; not a purchase. I have already sent in a positive review.

The agent connected my Blu-ray player and made sure the R/C remote control communicated with all devices. The agent did a excellent job.
