Victor I Perez was an excellent technician. He went beyond to get everything up and running and to take the time to explain everything in detail to my wife and me. He is out of the Vacaville Store.

I am so happy and impressed with Mr. Nate and his team. He was not in a hurry until he finished his job. Mr. Nate is very good in technical and always customer focused.

This Universal remote which required programming on a computer is a teal time saver. Best Buy did a great job setting it up snd testing all my devices.

Daniel and Luis came to our home and programmed our new remote and demonstrated it flawlessly. We had had issues before and they made up for it with outstanding service. We will continue to recommend Best Buy and Geek Squad.

This item replaces an older version that took up more space. It does have the problem of allowing the remote to fall over more easily; so, it can be annoying.

He had to rewire some of our home entertainment system amongst some other things and as usual did an excellent job and was very helpful with any questions I had. I plan to renew the tech maintenance every year.

This review has come too early. Our installation was postponed for an undetermined amount of time due to the current health situation with Covid 19. We would not recommend that anyone use Geek Squad at this time, not because of poor service, but to keep everyone safe. I hope to get another opportunity to complete a review after all this has passed and we have actually received our items and install service.

The (2) Geek Squad gentlemen that came to my house were exceptional and handled all of my issues quickly and accurately.

They have been to the house 5 times to program my remote. 3 times they couldn’t do it right and the other two times never showed up when they we suppose to. I have been a Best Buy customer for MANY year and purchased thousands of dollars in household and mobile items. Never has their service been bad…..till now!

rich did a fantastic job rewiring our entire home and installing tv's and a sound system throughout. This guy needs a fabulous raise for the good advertising Best Buy receives from his work.
