They were quick. So far I had one issue. But I returned and they handled it with no problem

This alarm system has so many things that can be added on. Ex: Windows roll up, truck release, auto start, self arming and more.

Install was done timely and so far I have had minimal issues with starting and those are related to the GPS signal and not the install.
