This was an add on to the installation for my car starter. The system gave some indication that it may not be necessary but the tech who reviewed my order knew that I would need it so when installation day came I had everything I needed and was ready to rock 'n' roll. Great techs who understand and know the products they're installing.

Installed my remote start, and alarm professionally. Friendly service. Although when I asked if there were any problems, I was told no; and when I went to inspect the work, the installer came out and notified me that he had an issue with something in the engine compartment. I don't know why I wasn't told, when I asked.

Installed a security system upgrade for my truck and it works great and customer service was fantastic.

I had a Compustar 2 way remote started installed by my local Geek Squad. Absolutely love the product as it has incredible range and alerts you that the signal was received a d engine started. No complaints whatsoever about the install.

Brandon & Eric in the Geek Squad Garage, Best Buy Clarksville Tennessee, done the install and wiring of my recently added Compustar Alarm-It Kit on my car. They did not get into a hurry, by any means. They took the time to make sure that it worked seamlessly with my already installed Compustar Remote Start System, and to make sure that between the two - that everything worked parallel with the original electronics and theft-deterrent/keyless entry systems that came installed already on the car.

I got the compustar csx4905s-kit I got the $60 kill switch. And the add-on alarm siren 150% worth it My truck has more technology than a benz now Because I can unlock my truck with my cellphone . And I got this on their price. Drop sell, so look out for that. I stole it

The audio install guys are very knowledgeable, and do clean work.

Best Buy is the only place allowed to install our car electronics. The Fargo, North Dakota shop does the best job in the most professional manner. All Parts installed work great so far with no issues.

The am very satisfied with the installation of my remote start. This was needed for my specific car. Was told by Mike in installations that this was needed and he installed it and it works great with my car!

I wanted to get an alarm installed in my vehicle and I was also planning on updating the sound system as well so decided to get this installation program that covers everything from home, vehicle and computers for a year. Yes there are cheaper places to go especially here in Los Angeles CA but I wanted piece of mind. If anything goes wrong with my alarm or sound system I know I can go to any BB and have it repaired or replaced by professionals. I actually ended up paying a bit less at BB then if I had gone to a car audio shop and with the added bonus of having a year service of geek squad for any future electric purchase/ installation.

Technician took the time to make sure everything was right. He also took the time t make sure everything was right on the car ahead of mine, which is why the installation was delayed. How could I be mad about that? I read other reviews before I bought the remote starter where people complained about the time it took to install. Realizing this I planned to be there longer than the predicted time. The particular installer I had was very knowledgeable and was able to customize the settings to my specific vehicle.

I don't remember the name of the guy who installed the alarm but he did amazing job and he explained me how to use in a nice manner

They always do a pretty good job with installation. Are super friendly and will pretty much use them for anything car installation needed.
