Ricky was the tech that installed the device in my vehicle, and while it took him slightly longer than he originally expected, I'm happy he took the time to make sure it was installed and working correctly. There was a functioning error that he felt should work differently, so he too the extra time needed, troubleshot the problem and had me on my way with minimal delay and maximum satisfaction. The techs are the best in the business! My alarm system and remote start weren’t compatible with my car. However after several attempts to retrofit some components from other systems to help and being unsuccessful. They tried one last technique and got it to work!
