I bought this car starter on line and went to get this installed in my car. The installer was quitting after the next day. The staff was very helpful in every way to fit me in the next day and it was installed. they were all very professional and helpful. I am very pleased.

The install technician was able to help me in selecting the correct parts for the install. If I had any complaint it would be the wait time from the original sale to get a install date. Once installed, they went over the features and expectations.

The tech did a awesome job on the install. No loose wiring to see and of course the feature of adding the alarm to the auto start is working flawless

I have had Best Buy to installed 5 remote starts for the members of my family over the years and they have done a great job on every one. Everyone from the managers to the csr's and the installers have been complete professionals. Thanks guys

We live in Bastrop but had this installation done in College Station, TX for a Viper system on out 2012 Nissan Frontier. They were very professional and helpful. Been using Best Buy for years. They are awesome!!!

This was the perfect set up for my 2019 jeep grand Cherokee.

Went to Geek Squad to have them perform a number of installations. Added the SmartStart in addition to my Viper Remote Start. Technician was knowledgeable and professional!!

I needed this as they needed to tie into my security system when doing the remote install. Kind of a silly charge since they had to do this no matter what and should've been included in the remote starter cost only.

I originally had another Remote Start system but had to return it as it was not compatible with my car. With the new Remote Start it was one module and I kept both of my key fobs and no extra equipment to by.

this was a extra feature that came with the starter and its a nice add for "free" - thanks again and always nice to have this added with your starter for added protection
