My first installation day: They didn't get it done that day and kept my car overnight. They said they would come in the next day at 11:00 and finish the job. I called them at noon but no one answered. I drove to Best Buy to check on the progress and no one was there. My car was just sitting there in the bay. The manager said that the installer called in sick. No one called me to let me know. It took them an hour to find my keys so that I could take my car home. They rescheduled my install to the next Saturday. Midweek they called me and said that they would have to reschedule because the installer was overbooked. They rescheduled me for 2 weeks later. Again I got a call to let me know that they no longer have installers and can I go to a different Best Buy for my install completion. I rescheduled to the store in Clackamas for the next Saturday. They schedule me but I got a call a few days before and the Clackamas installer said that I was in a 15 min. slot and that wasn't enough time. He rescheduled me to the next Saturday. The Clackamas installer said that he would call me at 4:00 pm on that day to let me know if there was still time to do my install. 5:00 rolled around and no call. I called them and he said that he didn't have the time because he was still working on an install. He rescheduled me 2 more weeks out. Here it is February and I still don't have a working alarm. The auto start works though. This whole thing has been a nightmare. I will never have something installed at Best Buy again.

Had viper two way installed with remote start , proximity sensor and phone security upgrade. Tech did a great job. Proximity sensor kept giving false alarms so I just had that removed.

You pointed me in the right direction to order the Remote Starter Smartphone module Best Buy couldn't order; and you installed it in a timely and inexpensive manner! THANX!!!

Bob was 100% professional, he explained from start to end whats going to happen..... installed, explained the product and knew his stuff .... give this man a raise!!!!

This product is well built with magnificent security and remote features. The key was the installation of all the parts that came in the package. The installation was first rate.

Got everything done quickly and i cannot even see any visual changes to thr interior of my car.

Geek squad install my car alarm viper 5706v. I can't install any add-on to it myself, or else it will void my warranty. So I had to pay them to install it for me (add-on install charge).

Great price and a smooth install . Was needed to add the alarm to my remote start fair price and great value

The Geek squad at Best Buy, provided great professional services. They took the time to explain what they were doing and how to operate and program the product, which I purchased.

Installer added motion sensor. Did a great job!!!!!!

The installation team was great. They even replaced the remote for me on my remote start due to issues with the remote actually working to start the car and arm it.

I'm very happy - I have the Total Tech and because of that, my cost for installing my remote started was way less! Well worth it!

Love the benifits of geek squad protection, just wish it was easier to get appointments when i need them.

The tv I bought was an open box. It's a good brand and has alot of options. I was looking for a 4k tv and stumbled upon this one marked down just for being previously opened. Very pleased.
