Took a lot longer than it was quoted. They even had to reschedule me because they didn’t have the time to install. Very difficult to adjust since I have a work schedule to adhere by and since it took almost all day, I was stranded just walking around for hours. At the end, it wouldn’t even work correctly and had to return for them to work another hour on it.

Thanks to the Best Buy Technician for the advice to purchase the Geek Squad Service was totally worth it.

Went to Best Buy to have my Viper SmartStart GPS VSM350 installed in my vehicle. Install went well.

I had them install an add on security feature, they did it perfectly with no complaints.
