i bought this item it worked good 4 about 4 months then it stop working so i 4 got to buy insurance on my item when i purchased this item so i had to look up the phn # to the company who ive purchased the head set they dont not have a number u have to contact them by email took over 10 days of emailing back and forth to get this item approved to be shipped to them then they shipped me on back a week later a month later the new headset mic stops working and yet again emailing these people and yet here we go again 14 days later ive still yet to hear back from them wrote them a emailing asking for help and they have of yet helped me while im under warranty still have yet to hear a word so it looking like im out of money so i would say dont buy this product or any pdp made items so hopefully i can call bestbuy and get sumthing resolves with thim since i cant with the company if u buy this product u better buy best buy insurance so u dont have to have this headache

This headset was terrible. Had problems with connection and static. Returned for another headset in less than 1 week.

i i bought this headset it stopped working after 15 days but i had to leave for a vacation by the time i came back i couldnt get the refund so i email them to get new mic they sent me a mic but it still didnt work it has a problem with jack you can get better mic for less money trust me do not waste money on this product its worthless

We got these gaming headphones for our son and the mic stopped working after a couple of weeks. Plus you have to plug in the Mic and it is not very easy to get it in correctly

I had to exchange these 2 weeks after purchasing. The mic stopped working, so I exchanged these to a different brand.

Couldn't even get them to work. Had to return twice because faulty mic then finally gave up and bought a whole different brand

WAY TO EXPENSIVE DOESNT PAIR AND ALWAYS HAS TO BE CONNECTED TO CONTROLLER THE MIC GOES IN AND OUT AND STOP WORKING

worked ok at first then started to developed a buzzing sound. Exchanged it for a Turtle Beach, much better

They were working fine until about the 5th use then it just stopped working there was always a static noise

My son bought this with his own money and it did not hold up long at all. I dont recommend

Very very bad sound a wasted trip to the store.. returned and purchased the turtle beaches..

When I got them home they did not work the people online I was playing with could not hear me

Mic quit working within 1 month, pretty disappointed

Cheap broke in about 2 months my son wasn't happy with it

My headset will not reach full charge, no matter how long I leave it plugged in. I wrote to PDP support, and they said they would ship me out a replacement in 2-3 weeks, and that was back in December, and it is now February, and I have not received it. They have stopped replying to my emails, and their phone goes to voicemail.

All it does is beep. Sometimes the Mic does work. Game noise/background is constantly distorted.
