Overall its a good headset, has good sounds quality, and ive had no issues talking to other people with it. The 2 main issues i have stem from lack of a flexible mic, and the constant disconnections. The mic is annoying because it bends one way, but the way it plugs into the headset leaves it bending at an odd angle, so you have to force into an awkward position so its close enough to your mouth to get clear to audio to fellow gamers. As for the disconnection issue im having, this is the main problem with the headset by far. This thing probably disconnects once every 2-3 minutes constantly, and i'm sitting maybe five foot from my ps4, nothing obstructing the path from my headset to my mic. Most of the time it just disconnects from the ps4 and the reconnects a second later, which is fine, but there are sometimes where it disconnects and then doesnt reconnect to the system until i completely restart my ps4, and that is a serious issue. Overall a good headset, but i won't be reccommending it to anyone anytime soon.

Unfortunately after 2 months of owning this headset, the sound became terrible. I made sure all the setting and volumes were all the way up, I even tested with my roommates headset on my same settings and her headset was fine. I ended up having to come back into Best Buy for an exchange on the product. I haven't used the new headset yet but hopefully I do not have the same problem. Other than the mishap with the sound becoming weak and at about half its power as normal, I still think they are a great headset with great overall sound. When working in prime form I would recommend this headset.

The sounds is good. But the microphone was horrible. My friends can hear everything in the background and I sound like I was covering my mouth.

These headphones worked fine for a few months, then like the rest, they began giving off static.

Purchased our second pair and they already broke again. Purchased the PS4 wireless headset and hoping for a better outcome.

Sounds is great but when you speaking to friends, they can barely hear you

Was supposed to receive the AG 9 headset , but instead I received the AG 9 plus on top of that I can't seem to get them to work ! Very disappointed ! $100.00 bucks down the drain !

You really get what you pay for with these. very low battery life lackluster sound quality and pretty much rock bottom in the the wireless gaming headset category.

I bought these for my son but they were to loose on his head so we had to return them since every time he turned his head they fell off

The microphone has already stopped working after just a few weeks! Lots of static and touch and go on sound!

The first pair purchased had to be returned due to a defect , so far the 2nd pair are working better

Product broke very easily. Had to replace it because the head piece broke. Item is cheaply made.

After only having the headset a month, the mic had static and continued to go in and out.

talking on the mic kept cutting out. Had to talk really loud to be heard.

Got for my son. He hated mic and returned it to get Gold wireless headset.
