Sound Quality Great, Comfortable, Works on PC. What it comes down to is the mic wand. All support is on the 1/8 inch pin. This pin will break at some time. For $10.00 you can get a replacement, but it will break again . It’s just a poor way to design the mid wand. There is why I only Gave 3 stars

I find the headset to be quite comfortable however my friends tell me the mic sounds bad.

I bought this product because I was told it is wireless and can be used with PS4, Computer and mobile phones. Well, to start with, it's very nice at glance, not heavy and the finishing is cool, with blue lights. But if you plan to use it with your phone ... no wireless, it's wired. The wire comes with the product, but it's not wireless. I had to return it.

I got this headset after my PS ELITE broke down. The very first day I used it my online friends noticed right away. My voice had changed on their end and they also were barely able to hear me even after changing the ps4 setting. I believe they advertise a good distance (40m?) from the source, but when i walked outside of the room the headset was already beeping. The sounds quality was OK, but now that I purchased (exchanged) the PS GOLD, I feel that the gold sound way better. I do wish i could've bought another pair of Elites! those have been the best i had so far but they are discontinued.

My son loves to post his gaming videos to YouTube. He did some research and decided on this headset. The audio is not that good. Slightly muffled. For me, they're not worth the price.

The mic quality isn't the greatest for the price I think but they are okay and they sound is ok. I play with a streamer and sound very far away no matter what. I mean they aren't terrible. I think I'm a bit biased though because I've used Astros but I'm not trying to spend Astros money. But the wireless feature is nice you can walk away pretty far and still hear the game. So all in all they are ok, but I think you could do better.

My husband did not like how it feels on his ears and wanted me to exchange it for a gift card.

it is hard for me to say this is a good or bad product because on one hand, it broke down quickly, on the other, it was owner by a 10 yr old. i really loved the sound though! but dont get it for kids!

Don’t get me wrong the sound on these is fantastic I can hear everything but I don’t like the mic my friends can barely hear me on it and I don’t like how it’s detachable

I put 3 because it lasted me a year and if I did not buy the warranty on it then I would have been screwed out of $80. They work amazing and the connection range it great to. Only thing is that it hurts your ears after a long time of using it. It is real simple to use and I returned and got some turtle beaches that were way over $100 and those seemed cheaper than this one. I say if you want to start off with something good then buy then and be careful with the MIC, it failed on it after a year and you can not order a replacement mic.

My son loves his headphones. All though this is his 3rd one. Of the same brand. Get the coverage just in case.

These headphones do what they're meant to, but for me personally they end up causing pain around my ears. Even cinched up as short as they go, they're too big, and they slide down over time and pull at my ears. Wish I could recommend them, but they are too uncomfortable.

Great sound and mic but design flaw in how the plastic is strained when taking them on and off

My 10yr old son is the gamer, not to say that I approve of it, but what parent can stand in the way of their child passion for something The AG 9 headset was the perfect one until he had a problem with the mic stop working. Not saying that they aren't quality because my son is known to just handle his things in not the most caring way.

Was looking for a inexpensive wireless set., Bingo.

Bought this for my husband. Worked really well for about a yr and half. The mic started to get staticky. Replaced the microphone and 3 months later it did the same thing.
