    Lacking in sound quality

I like how light they are but it lacks in sound quality. It’s hard to take calls on them unless the person on the other line is monotone, otherwise I get headaches from the change in volume and tone of the other caller. Disappointed in the purchase overall.

My kids got me these for fathers day. I use them all the time. You can't even tell that you are wearing them. I will try them at a race in September. I will have to use the ear plugs there but other than that I can hear just fine without them. If you go loud with them people beside you can hear what you are listening too.

They are very secure fitting, and they work well for running and other activities that will usually cause earbuds to fall out. The sound is passable, considering the design, but it is a bit tinny and lacking in bass and mids. Unfortunately, they died after about 10 months of use, and when I sent them in for warranty service using the address provided by Aftershokz, my package was returned by USPS as undeliverable. When I reached back out to Aftershokz via email, they did not respond. It looks like the company may have gone out of business. Purchase their products at your own risk.

Great product. I have abused these and they keep working. I wish the charge was longer, but it’s probably because I talk on mine instead of just listening to music. The sound quality is okay. Having the ability to hear will I am riding or running is great.

I got these for myself after my son had me buy some for his birthday; and overall I love them. The easy of wearing them and the ability to still hear what is going on around me while listening to music is great. I am having some problems with the noice cancelling and feed back when talking on the phone.

So far, outstanding piece of equipment. Purchased on 1-20-21 and they have worked flawlessly. The band that wraps around your neck takes some getting used to especially if you live in a Northern State and have to wear beanies/tassel cap. JVT

Absolutely love this product because I can’t stand things in my ears. My brother is the one that told my about this product and I am beyond happy with it. Strongly recommend if you don’t want things in or on top of your ears.

If you work in a office but need to be aware of what's going on without zoning out than these are the headphones for you. If you are recovering from Swimmer's Ear then these are the headphones for you. If you want bass or great sound these are not for you.

These provide a great private listening experience while leaving your ears open for environmental awareness. The sound is better than I expected and even the call quality is good. Due to their design they can’t match traditional earphones but the open ear design makes them far more practical for indoor and outdoor. However, they have a problem with audio becoming garbled after an hour or two of listening. This is with the phone source being less than three feet from them. Support will lead you to perform a reset of the device. Which will resolve the issue for another hour or two. This is just not a practical for day to day use.

Really the only issue I've had is that the sound seems like it is unbalanced, this might be a issue with how I wear them (although I don't think it is) but either way you can adjust the sound balance on your phone if it gets annoying. For the most part these are great, but not the best in noisy locations.

They snug too tight, so if you suffer from reoccurring ear infection, you may get one like I did. Other than that, they sound ok. I "DO" like that everyone says they can't tell if I'm on the actual phone or on headset, that's a plus. Every other headset I've tried, no one can hear me.

Really good! Wish the batteries last a little longer, but i tend to try to listen all day. It gets a little weird when you turn the volume up high as the vibrations get really hard, but great product.

These work much better than the hearing aids direct input! My hearing aids limited my ability to hear my phone in the car and other louder places. These solved my problem. I imagine they are great if you have normal hearing too!

The AfterShokz bone conduction air wireless open ear headphones dosnt fit right into your into ear canal which makes it great for outdoor activity. It also fits very good around the ear and stays in place. Another good feature is that its water resistant.

These is my second pair of bone conduction headphones. They are amazing. Keep in mind that the audio won't be as good as the ones of the normal headphones. But if you want to be aware of your surroundings and at the same time enjoy audio, these are your best option.

Audio quality is alright for what they are, microphone is also good. Not suitable if you're using them at the gym; cannot benchpress wearing these. The headsets got caught in something & broke apart!
