    OK but still "gimmicky"

I was very interested in these headphones and gained the opportunity to test this before launch. The packing of the headphones in the box was very nice, and the accessories such as the carrier bag and the charging cable were neatly packed. The headphone themselves, albeit a bit bulk, are very light and flexible. I do have to say opening the charging port cover was a bit difficult, however I have ran these for 13 hours before they needed to be charged again. The sound quality is a bit lacking, if I am honest, and if I had to put it in a word; Muddy. I have adjusted where the headphones sit on my head, gave it to my wife to try, and have the same results. I have used the headphone for a week and honestly, my initial impressions have only changed slightly. I was able to get decent sound quality out of one phone; LG V10 with the “32 bit Hi-Fi DAC” enabled. One comment I do have, I wish the cord from the battery pack to the male plug were a tad longer. Currently it is a bit of a pain to get it plugged into the phone and captive if I am working out. In addition, the cord from the headphones to the battery pack could use about 6” more for me. This is a review for the AfterShokz Sportz Titanium Bone Conduction Headphones that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.
