This set of bone conduction headphones is really nice. It is comfortable and powerful. It easily provides enough sound for my tastes. I guess my only dislike is that it doesn't seem to deliver the amount of bass I am used to with traditional headphones. But I still enjoy listening to these headphones. No one else seems to be able to hear my music at all which is nice not bothering others. It took a little getting used to hearing outside noise as well as my music. All in all, a nice setup for everyday listening.

There was some mention that these headphones didn’t fit some heads; I had no problem with that and they even fit with my sunglasses on. They have such good sound that I can use them while mowing the lawn and the battery lasts for 10-12 hours of constant use.

I wanted a way to listen to music while riding bike. Bone conduction seemed like a good choice as you can still hear what is going on around you. I had read reviews complaining about the sound quality. Granted they are not as good as good set of headphones but I was blown away by how good they are. The batter lasts a long time. It also replaced my hearing protection radio headphones while doing quite work around the yard. Much more comfortable, especially on a warm day. I was hesitant about getting them as I wear glasses. But they fit comfortably over my glasses.

The Bluetooth headphones are 1 of very few if any that allow you to hear music without anyone around you hearing what your listening too AS WELL as having the ability to hear what is going on around you. The technology is awesome. Very unique feature that the majority of other models do not have

Bone conduction headphones are something I'd heard about for a while - and had been afraid to be disappointed by. I'm actually quite impressed with the quality of sound from these. They're light-weight, and really are open ear. I can hear what's going on around me AND my music. My only complaint is that I have a smaller head than these may have been designed for and there is no adjustment. If I could adjust the tension so that they would stay in place they'd be 5 stars.

Great sound quality and fast set up. Easy pairing and very comfortable. Convenient and allows you to hear and be aware of your outside environment while listening to music or being connected to phone. Highly recommend.

These were a fun purchase. The battery life is excellent at 6 hrs, and their range is at least as good as my other Bluetooth receivers. The sound is hard to describe, maybe a high end retro experience. I liked it, but my son wasn't as convinced. On a fun note, I can press these headphones against any part of the sides of my head, forehead, cheekbones, or chin, and hear the music/media playing (as long as my ears are covered/plugged). That's pretty cool, especially at the <$100 price. The problem I have is when I want to wear them the traditional way, right in front of my ears. They are too big for my head so I have to put my hair up and press the bar of the headphones against it. Maybe in the future they can have an adjustable or moldable neck frame. Overall, I like them. They just take some getting used to. They have been good for working out, no cords.

Great solution for those not wanting to cover their ears or needing to be aware of surroundings where over / in ear designs isolate you. You won't get quite the dynamic range of over / in ear designs, but that's also not the purpose of this design. For general audio, music and voice these are awesome! Overall better than expected volume, range (audio & wireless), comfort (I wear glasses), battery life and charge time. Pairs easily, very impressed for the entry level model. Super lightweight. Would recommend.

I run with these in all weather. Sometimes the sound gets drowned out by construction or garbage trucks, but it's worth the 20 second problem for the sound quality and comfort. No sweat getting in the way during workouts and they connect super easily. I think they would be better if they offered some sort of tap/touch control, but the button works fine for "next song." Just not for voice commands. Also, bluetooth is very good, but these are better for music/exercise than phone calls.

So I bought this headset while specifically looking for wireless gym headphones! This was also my first time wearing bone-conducing headphones. - Charges via (USB Male A to Micro Male B Cable) - Battery life - Not fully tested but held up through all my workouts, including the ride home. (at least two hours / my needed time) - Volume - Loud enough that others can hear it outside my skull (technically too loud for anyone for earphones and beyond intended volume levels for product design) - Sound Quality - Excellent, though low bass levels. Again as intended I didn't expect soul shattering Skrillex beat drops from this. When used at proper volume levels, sound is clear, other folks cannot hear it, while I can hear the music and still maintain active awareness of my environment otherwise. - Holds up quite well to gym sweat! - Lastly, they are amazing because there is nothing to fall out of my ears repeatedly! The sound through the bone conductors was at first a bit disconcerting, as it sounds like something is coming from inside your head, the best as I can describe it. That being said they are awesome at the end of the day. If the company ends up releasing a more advanced (trainer, fitness etc.) version I will definitely grab another pair! I would say this is a highly recommended product!

I really like this headset. I have been fascinated with bone conduction headphones for a while and this is my first set. The only reason I'm not giving a pure excellent rating is because it doesn't seem like there's a previous song button and only a next song button. (Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, Maybe I just haven't found it yet.) Other than that I really love it. I work 8hr shifts and the battery life is more than enough to cover my entire shift without needing a recharge. I can still hear what's going on around me and the music at the same time. The bass is phenomenal. Listening to Funk/Jazz and feeling those beats hit hard is the best feeling ever. It's hard for me to go back to my standard gaming headphones when I turn on my PC. Would highly recommend.

My biggest concerns walking into this purchase was whether or not they'd fit my huge head and sound quality. Luckily they fit fine and they sound great. It takes a bit of getting use to especially when someone goes to talk to me. I keep thinking I need to take them off to hear someone talk to me but I don't. I can clearly hear both. Regardless if you're getting sound from the AfterShokz or from the outside, they all wind up in the same place before hitting your brain, so I have found myself competing the volume of the AfterShokz with the level of sound around me. Regardless these things are sounding great. If you put them full blast they do vibrate against your skin, and they can be heard a bit by others a bit. But at a moderate volume I've asked people if they could hear them and no one could so far.

It serves the purpose of safe riding perfectly. I could hear cars coming from all directions just as normal. Plus decent battery life. Couldn't ask for more. Using this headphone with earplugs on plane also works pretty well.

I bought these at the recommendation from my Best Buy Representative. I was looking for some small Bluetooth headphones. These are unique in that they don't fit directly on your ear. They obviously use your skull to transmit the sound. I don't know how they do this, but they do a pretty good job of blocking out other noise. The sound quality is very good and they are comfortable to wear. I highly recommend them. They're like nothing else on the market.

I don't know if I buy the hype that these are "Bone Conducting" but it is VERY nice to have a headphone that you can still hear the outside noise. Whether it is while you are exercising or in an office, being completely cut off from every noise around you is not always what you want, and it definitely isn't safe. The sound comes from the speakers near the ear orifice, but yet when you put in ear plugs you Can still hear...so maybe there is "some" bone conduction, but not what I expected. Good product, but not exactly what it claims.

I bought these because they are NOT earbuds. I worry about destroying my hearing with earbuds. They are good enough, but not comfortable to wear since I wear glasses. They fit above your ears and have a not very flexible band running around the back of your head. The sound is a good quality, that comes out just below your ear, so no fear of hurting your ears with these (unless you turn the volume too loud, as with any device). I want something better, because of the way they fit under my glasses, but nothing is out there yet.

I really love this headset, I was getting tired of getting a kink in my neck from holding my phone so I got these to talk with! I love that they do not have earbuds because I hate the way that they feel in my ear! These are great quality and nice sound and if you turn them up too high it will tickle your face a little bit. I like that you can be hands-free on your phone to do chores and other things , and hear what's happening around you as well as your call, also great for listening to music!
