Xtrainerz-The headphones were used while swimming in a lake for 2 hours. They sound great and remained snug without falling off. Prior to use, I was able to put 10 hours of music on the Xtrainerz and I have plenty of room left for more songs. To put songs on the headphones, I had to plug them into my PC with the USB cable. I was then able to drag and drop music files into the headphones. The headphones will play mp3 and AAC (apple music) files, and a few more file formats. The Xtrainerz DO NOT have bluetooth. The manufacturer does have other models that have bluetooth. From what I read, bluetooth does not travel underwater. If you need headphones for swimming/training, they headphones are worth the buy.

I've been looking at similar bone conduction headphones for months, but I hate having to connect to my phone to play music while I run so I've been looking at MP3 players too. Then I saw this set of headphones that has the MP3 player built in. Perfect! It's way light, doesn't bother me when I run, and the sound is pretty darn good. I've only run wearing this twice so far, but so far I haven't had any issues. I wish it were a little less expensive, but if it lasts it'll be worth it.
