Asking for a Refund Please

I would like a refund and well i may never use you guys again.

Microsoft sucks

I followed the instructions, logged into my M$ account, entered my product key, and... they took me to where I could purchase it again. Spent the next hour going around in circles between the xbox site and the M$ site, trying to find the whereabouts of my purchase, and no clue where I could download/install the game. No refunds once you've claimed your code. I'm screwed. I was really looking forward to getting to play this game again after missing it for several years.
