We are very sorry to hear that your Scuba 800 is only lasting 30 minutes on a charge and is frequently getting stuck. We understand how frustrating it is to constantly have to monitor and rescue a device that is meant to save you time, and this short runtime does not align with the battery performance we promise.

The Scuba 800 is engineered to provide a much longer cleaning cycle to properly cover pools up to 860 square feet. A drastically shortened runtime, combined with getting stuck, can sometimes indicate a battery issue or an obstruction in the drive system that is causing the motor to work overtime and drain power rapidly.

Thanks for your feedback. We are very sorry for the unpleasant experience with the cordless robotic pool cleaner Scuba 800. To further make sure what caused the cleaner failure, please do the troubleshooting steps below to fix the issue: 1. For dirty swimming pools, your device may need to be fully cleaned several times, during which the filter might be clogged and need to be cleaned several times; 2. The pore size of the product standard trash can filter is 180 μm, which can collect most garbage. However, we regret to tell you that the fine sand might not be collected well; 3. This machine is a basic model of the product series. The machine's dirt suction ability might not be very outstanding. The width of the bottom suction port is not very big, so the machine might only suck in some light and small particles. For garbage that exceeds the width of the bottom suction port, suspended garbage in the water, and algae on the bottom of the pool, we regret to tell you that the cleaning effect might not be very ideal; 4. Finall, please kindly check if the impeller is clogged, causing it to not work, make abnormal noises, run slowly, or only run in one direction. Based this model does not have a path planning function, for swimming pools with complex bottom structures, your device may not be able to clean all areas at once. Please use your device to clean the entire pool several times, and then manually clean the areas not covered by the device; 3.
