A non-charging issue can sometimes be related to power outlet delivery or safety protection features in the charger/port:

Dry the Charging Port: Ensure the charging port on the robot is completely dry and free of moisture or pool chemical residue before plugging it in.

Check Indicator Lights: Verify if the LED indicator on the charger brick turns on when plugged into a wall outlet, and test a different power outlet if possible.

We are very sorry for the unpleasant experience with SG 800B. To further make sure what caused the cleaner failure, please do the troubleshooting steps below to fix the issue: 1. Please confirm whether the device is fully charged before use, and check the indicator light after restarting; 2. Please confirm that whether there are uneven areas such as wrinkles/bumps in the pool, and whether the pool is too dirty. If so, please kindly know that the above problem will increase the motor power during the operation of the device and reduce the battery life. Please use the machine multiple times to clean the pool when it is fully charged; 3. If the indicator light works properly, but the battery life is still short, it may be a malfunction.
