The installers were professional they did a great job being this was a old house . They arrived exactly at the time they told me they would. They were in and out so quickly I was pleasantly surprised .

I purchased the install with my air conditioner and I'm glad I did. Installer was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and pretty funny. He noticed a problem with the air conditioner plug and quickly resolved the issue by returning the faulty air conditioner and coming back the next day with a new one. He installed it and it works like a charm. Installer was awesome!

This is a good working AC. It keeps my living room cool and if I want only the fan on it keeps the room temperature mild especially at night when the temperature outside drops.

The unit really does the job as advertised. I use a fan to blow cool air to other parts of the house. The remote control is convenient and manages all functions.

Got an air conditioner from B B for our daughter and they came and installed it. The air conditioner works great and the team that put it in the window were on time, friendly and fast! Would recommend B B to everyone for service. They're the best!!!

The installers were great, however the product was less so. The condenser didn't work, so there was no cooling. The fan worked, but was loud even on low. Some weeks later, a second unit was installed. This time it worked, however the noise was no better than the first unit. It's louder than any other window mounted air conditioner I've ever had; it's even louder than my portable air conditioner. That being said, it does cool fairly well. Still, I would look for another brand.
