I got this for my wife and I because it was available and it luckily was the least expensive unit I found for the amount of sp ft it would give. It has been pretty good for us, a little noisy, but we don't mind it at all.

Great product, its nice to have all 3 elements combined in one unit, heating, dehumidifier, and cooling.

Unit is great. Blows enough and nice cold air. Good buy!

Works perfect I have never had to drain the water tank. Keeps my house cold I will be buying more for my other bedrooms!!

I bought this during the heatwave with temps over 110. It provided cold air throughout the living room kitchen and hallway. I would recommend this product. good price too.

Its easy to move around and use. I used it to cool the garage down whileni rebuilt the heads on my 5.3 vortec.

Works great, efficient and keeps the temperature in the comfort range regardless if heating or cooling

It cools well. Haven’t tried out the heating feature it’s too hot for that.. will provide an update when I have had a chance to try it.

Has been a great unit for our converted 500sq ft garaged!!! My sons stay warm or cool, depending on the weather...

Mine arrived broken, had to return. Was unable to exchange for the same unit as Bestbuy doesn't carry this item in-store. Seemed like a halfway decent unit, but buyer beware.....you get what you pay for. There's a reason the price is so low and it does heat as well as cooling. The unit I ended up buying is cooling only, similar BTU, but much larger (and about $200 more unfortunately) This thing is very cheaply made and poorly packaged.

Works great in my third floor bedroom. A bit loud when it runs, but it was expected.

I have a 300 square foot bedroom I want to make cold at night. In my previous house the bedroom was about the same size and I had a cheap window unit that worked great. But new place and that type of AC isn't possible so in comes the portable AC. This is the 3rd portable AC I bought to cool my bedroom at night. The first was $269 for 250 sq room and it brought the room down to 72 degrees. Cool but not cold. 2nd AC was $320ish for a 300 sq room and brought the room down to 72. 3rd and final AC I bought this unit for $400 (500 sq ft) and the room dips down to 70 pre dawn before going back up to 71-72. I give up. I should have just kept the 1st one.

it cools down the room, but it just makes alot of noise.

Works very well and is plenty cool. When used with a fan it even cools rooms down the hall.

Our A/C broke so had to buy one of these. Works great & keeps the room really cool.
