Great Air Conditioner with two issues. It has quite a surge when you start it up (light dimming) and it sounds like a jet liner taking off on the high fan setting. However, it really does the job.

It is very very loud which is kind of disappointing. It also has a handle on top that broke immediately just from us lifting it out of the delivery box. It seems like it'll work fine but beware the decorative handle.

Setup was easy, it’s pretty effective for our main living space and it worked in a sliding horizontal window! It sounds like a fan, but I don’t mind the background noise.

I live in a mobile home and it gets extremely hot. it not only lowered my electric bill but also lower the temp. Before I got this my central air could only pull my trailer down to about 80 degrees I'm down to 72 degrees and my bill is about $250 less a month now

Brand new out of the box and the ac compresser doesnt work nice to know i now have a $400 fan that doesnt cool
