I have been using this motorless treadmill for a while now, and it has been great. Initially I wasn't sure how well it would work out, but it turns out to be super nice. is solid, smooth, and very well built. I really like that it is completely manual, so the speed adjusts naturally to your pace and gives a more challenging workout without using electricity. It is quiet, low maintenance, and feels much sturdier than I expected.
