Very enjoyable, chaotic, loving, mixed characters in a 'non-nuclear' family brought about by a mother who just 'walked out' on her family. See how they survived, and did it with humor, understanding and grace-under-pressure, as they all learn to live with the life that was thrown upon them. Al Pacino, as you have never seen him, is superb in the role of a playwright under so much pressure, so...what's a little more going to matter when, after all, it's family? .
