I had low expectations based on the mediocre reviews; however I really enjoyed this film. The sets and costumes are detailed and sumptuous, the effects are non-stop, and the monkey is hilarious.

if you are a Disney fan and loved the OG Aladdin then this movie will remind you how good Aladdin was.

Will Smith does a great job reprising the role of Genie, but still plenty of jokes from the original.
