Okay quality but horrible packaging

Overall the quality is okay however the packaging was horrible. The screws and nuts were scattered all throughout the package and I had to literally go through the whole box looking for it. The directions are not great either. For the price you pay I’d expect better.

I was Very excited to receive my patio, sadly I didn’t receive them with their screws & don’t live close to a place so I may buy extra parts.

Only one box came and is missing tons of parts. I've contacted best buy several times and no solution. I've waited 3 weeks and they keep asking for my review.
