    Just as described- extremely sturdy and i love that it comes with 3 different umbrella adaptors for different size diameter umbrellas poles. My current umbrella uses the smallest in diameter adapter but for sure this well made stand will outlast the umbrella, so the next umbrella may have a different size diameter pole. Love that feature!

    It is ok if you are not concerned about it carrying a heavy umbrella. I put a 10 foot umbrella and a little bit of wind blew, flipped it over and my umbrella cracked and broke. I would recommend getting a heavier base for a 9- 10 foot umbrella.
