Missing Parts & No Manufacturer Info in Sight

Received the base with no screws. The base does not come attached to the bar and that screw is missing. Also missing the screw that is supposed to hold umbrella in place.
Can't find manufacturer information anywhere (!!) to ask for them to ship just that. So now I'm stuck dealing with the physical return at Best Buy and dealing with waiting on ordering another base. SMH
